My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The rooms were in terrible condition with no hot water, a non-functional TV, and even garbage left behind the nightstands. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making the experience unbearable. The only positive encounter was with one gentleman during the day.
